Disclaimer - It is very difficult to translate dinolect (the language dinosaurs speak) so tried my best to get the best possible translation in English. Also there are several term which are used in the dino language so will appreciate if you can cope with it!

Several centuries ago there were two dinosaurs - DinoR and DiniB. DinoR was the king of the jungle and DiniB his good friend. DiniB used to stay with DinoR at the DinoPalace, but at a point decided to have his own house. DinoR wanted his friend to be happy in his new house and hence gave some recommendations -

DinoR - "Congratulations for your new journey. You get my certificate of approval for your own house! You are also allowed to invite friends/family or guests. As you are going a bit further away from the comfort of my palace, be careful of the world out there... There are mostly good dinosaurs but also some bad ones. Be vigilant as you never know if a bad one makes it inside of your house. I know you have a very big heart, so mistakes can happen. Just inform me if you make mistakes or find out a bad dino. I trust you completely! "

DiniB was super excited with this support and guidance! Initially he was scared to venture out, but with the support of DinoR he knew life will be a piece of cake

DiniB - "Thank you so much DinoR. I will be a responsible dino and make sure I always keep an eye on bad dinos... trust me!"

Time passed by and the kingdom of DinoR flourished. In the meantime DiniB, having a large heart, started giving shelter to many dinos who came from far and away. He put a guard at the entrance so he knows who is coming in. Once in a while the guard noticed someone odd and would inform DiniB. He would then investigate a bit and either allow or deny entry to this new guest. DiniB was very smart. As DinoR had recommended, he continuously kept an eye on what his guests were doing in his house. Once in a while he would notice a dino behaving in a weird manner and would promptly inform DinoR as any good dinozen (dino citizen) would do. Everything was going fine...

DiniB came to meet DinoR for discussing how to improve efficiency and cooperation between his home and the palace. DinoR was all ears.

DiniB - "Quite frequently you are sending a lot of requests for dinocent (documents as we humans say), which is a lot of work. All this is to make sure no bad dino makes it into my house. I get it, but most of my time is spent in making these dinocents. For example I trust my guard to do his job correctly but now he has to fill in 10 dinocents to prove he is working correctly. On top of it, due to the increase in dinulation (population as we humans call) of my guests, I have a large dinoteam. Each one of them has to fill another set of 20 dinocents every day. All this costs a lot of time, for what?"

DiniR - "I am glad you bring this up. Let's talk about all the what-if scenarios. Imagine if a bad dino comes into your house, it will start ruining my kingdom and also your house. This is bad! At least if you have filled in your dinocent correctly, you will feel comfortable and then I will also be comfortable you are doing the job properly. All this, though sounds a bit painful, is for a bigger cause... Keep our kingdom safe and happy!".

DiniB - "Do you remember, when I first moved in my own home, you said you will trust my judgement. I don't feel like it"

DiniR - "Ah I now see where the problem is. Do not worry. I know how to solve this problem. I use a saying - trust but verify. As much as I trust you, you will agree, I need to verify. Let's solve this problem. Here is a new dinocent. I have written down some new guidelines. If you write down, follow and send me the details of what you are doing, how you are doing and what processes you follow, it will make all of us happy and safe!"

DiniB - "Ok. Let me see what I can do and then we can talk soon".

DiniB came back home, hoping this new guideline will indeed help solving the problem. He setup a new dino team to assess what has to be done and if any old guideline can be removed. His team found out that this new process is indeed revolutionary but will require a lot of dinocents to be created. DiniB got an idea. He reached out to his friend who was running a dinotancy firm with thousands of smart dinos working day and night. DiniB got these amazing dinos who helped creating a lot of great dinocents, nice graphs, charts and colors! Everything got under control. This new process was indeed working wonders. Every dino year a new security wall was created with a pile of these nice beautiful dinocents. DiniB's house was very much protected it seems. "No bad dino can dare to enter my house" he said, in an annual dino festival! DiniB had all the right processes in place (sometimes spending extra time to help DiniR with new request), his dino team would prepare all the requried dinocents on time... What could ever go wrong they thought!

Time went by, dinocent after dinocent were created, submited and reviewed and everything went smooth... One fine day DiniR decided he should visit DiniB's house as he never had the opportunity. As soon as he arrived he noticed an ugly looking house - more like a dinocent library. It took him a long time to figure the entrace and finally he came in. He was greeted by the guard who requested DiniR to fill in 50 dinocent before he could allow entrance. DiniR was a bit surprised but still he filled all the dinocents. Something unique caught his eyes. All the guests in DiniB's house were running confused and exhausted, each with one common thing - every one of them was carrying a load full of dinocent. Many were also carrying 10-15 dinOD (ID as we humans say) hanging on their neck. Overall there were around 10-15 thousand dinos - great progress he thought ! DinoR slowly moved to the kitchen area and was surprised to see 3 dino guests gambling at the table. He never allowed gambling in his kingdom let alone at someone's house! He asked them innocently.

DinoR - "Hey dinos... how are you today? I see you have got some good amount of money to gamble, how did you get these in? I hear DiniB is very strict in allowing guests in his house"

One of the guest replies - "Ah that is easy... You see those dinocent walls..."

DinoR - "Yes I do. They are so strong that no one can penetrate them. You know it also discourages the bad dinos to come in this house!".

Guest - "Yes you are right... we just dug a tunnel underneath and it's easy"....
